What we collect

When you request a quote, book a clean, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about your home and the cleaning you'd like (size, rooms, services, preferred dates).

If you save a payment card for a booking, the card is processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. TidyMamas does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and carry out your clean, send appointment reminders and follow-ups, process payments, and respond to your messages.

We may send service-related texts and emails (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your clean). You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to a message or contacting us.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only with the services that make our work possible — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and the tools we use to run scheduling and messaging — and only as much as they need.

Website analytics

Our website uses standard analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This information is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@tidymamas.com. We'll confirm once it's done.
