What cleaning services does TidyMamas offer?

We offer three core residential cleaning packages: Standard Cleaning for regular upkeep, Deep Cleaning for a thorough top-to-bottom refresh, and Move In / Move Out Cleaning when you're transitioning between homes. We also accommodate short-term rental turnovers and custom add-ons like interior oven cleaning, inside fridge cleaning, and more. Not sure which service you need? How do I book a cleaning appointment?

The easiest way to book is through our online booking page — you'll see instant pricing based on your home size and get to choose your preferred date and time. Prefer to talk first? Email us at INFO@TIDYMAMAS.com with your address, service type, and a couple of date options and we'll confirm your appointment right away. Most bookings are confirmed within a few hours.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

Typically 1–2 professional cleaners will come, depending on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you've booked. Larger homes or deep cleans may get a small team to make sure every corner gets the attention it deserves. We'll let you know ahead of time how many team members to expect.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope — plenty of our Cleveland-area clients are at work or running errands while we clean. All you need is a way to give us access (a door code, lockbox, or key left with a neighbor works great). We're background-checked, bonded, and insured, so you can trust us completely in your home. Many customers tell us walking into a fresh clean after a busy workday is the best part of their week.

What's included in a Standard Clean?

Our Standard Clean covers all the everyday essentials: vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors), wiping down kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, dusting surfaces and ceiling fans, emptying trash cans, and making beds. It's ideal for homes that get regular maintenance cleanings — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Starting from $120 depending on home size.

What's included in a Deep Clean?

Our Deep Clean includes everything in the Standard Clean, plus the detailed work that doesn't happen every visit: scrubbing inside the oven, cleaning inside the refrigerator, washing baseboards, cleaning interior windows, tackling light fixtures, scrubbing grout, and getting into all those corners that normal cleanings skip. We recommend a Deep Clean for first-time clients, spring cleaning, or any time the home needs a real reset. Starting from $185.

What's included in a Move In / Move Out Clean?

Our Move In / Move Out Clean is our most thorough package, designed for vacant homes. It includes everything from the Deep Clean plus behind and under all appliances, inside all cabinets and drawers, inside all closets, cleaning garage entry areas, and a full detail of every room from top to bottom. This is the clean that gets a home inspection-ready or helps you leave your old place looking better than when you moved in. Starting from $250.

What's the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean is your regular maintenance visit — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen exteriors. A Deep Clean goes further: inside appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, grout, and the spots that build up over time. If you haven't had a professional clean in a while, we often recommend starting with a Deep Clean so we can get everything back to baseline, then move to recurring Standard Cleans to maintain it. Think of it as the difference between a car wash and a full detail.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes — we bring everything we need, including vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, scrubbers, and all cleaning products. You don't need to supply a single thing. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface (like a specialty hardwood floor cleaner), just leave it out and let us know — we're happy to use it.

Do you use eco-friendly or green cleaning products?

We offer eco-friendly product options and are happy to use them if that's your preference — just mention it when you book. This is especially helpful for families with young children, people with chemical sensitivities, or anyone who prefers a lower-toxin home. Our green products still get the job done; they just skip the harsh stuff. Many of our Cleveland clients with babies or allergy-prone households make this request and love the results.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Absolutely — we love furry family members! Just let us know you have pets when booking so we can plan accordingly. How much does a house cleaning cost in Cleveland?

Pricing is based on your home size, the type of cleaning, and any add-ons. As a general guide: Standard Cleans start at $120, Deep Cleans start at $185, and Move In/Out Cleans start at $250. Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

How booking, cancellations, and rescheduling work

How far in advance should I book a cleaning?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to lock in your preferred time slot. For deep cleans or move-in/out cleans, booking a week ahead is ideal since those slots fill up fast. That said, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests when availability allows — check online or email us to see what's open.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We completely understand that life happens — just let us know as early as possible and we'll happily move your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee, since our team has already set aside that time. We keep things fair and flexible whenever we can.

What scheduling frequencies do you offer?

We offer weekly, biweekly (every other week), monthly, and one-time cleaning options. Most of our Cleveland clients go biweekly — it's the sweet spot where your home stays consistently clean without feeling like you're always waiting for us to show up. Recurring clients also get discounted rates compared to one-time cleans, and you can pause or change your frequency anytime.

Do you clean on weekends or holidays?

We offer weekend appointments and try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling.
